I’m just a Greek-American who loves her heritage.

After the creation of both a “stuff white people like” and a “stuff asian people like,” it seemed only fair that there be a “stuff greek people like.”  Since there was no such site, some one had to make it.  

And why not?  After all of the exposure given to Greeks in the past 10 years by such movies as “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” and “300,” more people than just the Greek-Americans can have some appreciation for this information.  

Who knows, maybe this site could be of benefit.  You might get a reference to Greek culture on some television program or movie.  Trust me, I notice them all of the time thanks to my helladar (Hellas = original name for Greece [Ἑλλάς]).

Besides, Greek people are awesome and they deserve some recognition too!
